You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

Calm down. The guy who wrote this article knows nothing about economics. The Chinese have just as much if not more to lose if they do what the article suggests.

I was thinking the same thing. Just a gut reaction that they would have blown a trillion dollars to turn what they got from us into toilet paper. They lose too.
