When and where was Dave born?

I added in a Info Box to the Dave wiki entry and I need to get his date of birth and his place of birth so it can be complete.

The pic was taken by me at the Christmas party in 2005 before Dave officially joined the show. Bobo was cut out of the picture. It's a decidedly silly shot where both Bobo and Dave decided to look mean.

As soon as i made the early changes someone named "Mufka" edited the page and took everything out because he deemed it "inappropriate"

Raised in Spring Lake NJ WEnt to Christian Brothers Academy Failed out of Fordam and got a degree From Monmouth Associates I assume in Communication. Thats what I have gleaned from constant listening to the show.

Contact a Wikipedia moderator. And if you have to, cite specific episodes of the Ron and Fez Show where Dave has said these things.
