But not really. After all...back in the day, most people made it by squashing the competition.

I never considered Bill Gates an old school businessman. Thomas Edison somehow got credit at being a great inventor, but he really was an expert marketer, a lot like Bill Gates, and used his patents and political clout to push his products out.
