Yeah, she has what I call the "asshole nose" cuz the tip of her nose is cleft like an asshole. And she is the only woman so far with an asshole nose that totally doesn't turn me off.

i was moving down to florida on monday night when it aired, but i just caught it online like a half hour before the Yankees started tonight. great way to come back, i ordered Showtime from DirecTv strictly for this show. lets hope its a good season

Nice call, Snacks. I was just noticing last night - I tivo'd monday's episode - that Perkins chick is finally starting to look hot. I never thought she was before, and this goes all the way back to Big.

But she's a hot middle aged broad, I'll tell you that.

And another thing: I can't stand the oldest son, Silas. His character is so fucking stupid. I wish they'd kill him off while he goes out dealing.

I'm just not feeling season 3 so far. The show has always been silly somewhat, but this season it has been unbelievably silly. I'm still watching the show, but I'm just not as crazy about it as I once was.

I also feel like Mary Louise Parker's character is just getting more and more unrealistic. I felt it was totally believable that this widow who didn't want to get a job would turn to a life of being a dealer of weed and would make some decent money to keep her existence going. In many ways it seemed like it was something I could totally see someone doing. It feels more to me now like her character is a cartoon version of herself.

Then one of the episodes from this season U-Turn makes a comment to her that he would kill one of her kids or the kid would end up floating in her pool and she pretty much shrugged it off. If that were me my days of dealing would be done right then and there. It would get real when they start talking about killing the kids. I just feel her reaction to that made her less appealing to me and made me less interested in rooting for her to get through this.

One of the things I like about Big Love and it's brilliant writing is how Bill, Roman and those whole lifestyle are something I don't agree with but yet I end up rooting for him to get away with things. It isn't that he's a nice guy, but it's written very smart that you end up caring for him. With Weeds I feel like they could do better to keep me interested in the show. Like I said, I'm still watching it, but I'm not as crazy about it as I once was.
