The chinese company is trying to get FDA approval to sell here, but you can buy them over the internet now. Little pricey ($200) and you have to buy the nicotine cartridges through them. Wonder if you would be able to use these in non-smoking buildings.

Why? It delivers nicotine. You're inhaling something (nicotine steam?) Sounds like the best way to kick smoking that I've seen.
