Plus his ranch in Texas is a big spread where he can drive his truck, landscape and do all the other things he couldn't in the confines of the White House or Camp David for that matter.

The government as a whole pretty much shuts down in August anyway. Take a look at the Congress' and Supreme Court's calendar and see how many days off THEY get.
