You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

Im looking to buy a co op in the next few months, I got pre approvals, however its the down payment which is a big obstacle. Are there any programs for 1st time home buyers that offer assistance with down payments? I know most boards require 10-20% down
