Ex-police chief gets another DUI ticket
Resigned post in Middletown after getting 2 in a day (http://www.winchesterstar.com/article_details.php?ArticleID=473)

I remember when this guy got the first two dui's. After he bailed out on the first one, he got caught a few hours later driving in his police car.


According to court records, Ashley’s blood alcohol content level was 0.29 at the time of the first arrest and 0.25 at the time of the second. Virginia’s legal limit is 0.08.
