You cheated today dont go and cheat again on Fri or Sat. If you cheat so much then your really not dieting.

I took some certified nutrition courses a few years ago. Not that I follow what I learn often but a diet shouldnt be a diet it should be a lifestyle change. However no one can completely change their likes and never have old favorites again. That being said we did learn that you need to have cheat days on a diet every 7-14 days just to "shock" the system. It helps clean out your system and forces your body to break down the unfamiliar foods quicker. There is more to it but you should do it every 7-14 days. Dont do it 2 time within 3 days.
