i saw that commercial for the 1st time today. it was either R&F or O&A who said that the guy with throat cancer and now uses the voice box was getting old and not shocking anymore, and the next round of commercials would have to be much much worse.

Cutting off a part that is still attached is an addiction, an urge that can't be fought.

For instance, I was taking a huge shit and it was hanging there, half in and half out. I knew I wasn't done and I knew I was only half way there but I had the urge to pinch and cut it right off.

I fought the urge! I knew I should push through and it would go away! In the end I lost the battle of will. I had to cut it off....I just had to.

I felt so free!
