What Kind Of Pillows Are Good For Shoulder Pain?

I have tempur-pedic pillows already, but I wake up every morning in severe pain because of my shoulders hurting. I try and sleep on my back but that's fucking uncomfortable. I'm wondering if there are better pillows for people with shoulder pain. My rotator cuff muscles always are inflamed because of the work I do, so it's something I have to suffer with.

I'm sure I'll get boob pillow jokes, alright I get it I get it....boobs as pillows.

So what pillows do you people use, specifically anyone with shoulder pain?

Do you have the authentic Tempurpedic pillows or the knock off ones? We have the knockoff ones that did shit, and we got the Tempurpedic ones and they definitely help. They're shaped like a traditional pillow, not the "neck" pillow shape. They have definitely helped with my neck pain.

No I have the real Tempur Pedic pillow. It's the neck pillow but it's time for a new pillow since I've had this one for a while now. I'm looking at either the new Millennium Tempur Pedic pillow which has a cradle in the middle of it for back sleepers and is good for side sleepers or the Better Sleep pillow which has a tunnel to put your arm in it when you sleep on your side.

I really do feel like an old fart talking about all this stuff. Soon it will be which tennis ball fits best on the bottom of a walker.

We just bought two of the Tempurpedic Millenium pillows today (the one with the crook in it) Supposed to be good for side sleepers and stomach sleepers (event though they told me i'm fucking up my neck and back bigtime sleeping that way). Will report back tomorrow!
