In May 2007, I purchased a gift certificate for a massage plus tip at Heaven Day Spa, 69 Broad Street, Milford, CT. This certificate cost me approximately 90 dollars. In August 2007, this firm went out of business before we could use the gift certificate. What can I do? I emailed the CT attorney general..

Even if they were still open and in bankruptcy, you'd still be fucked. There was a store here that did that, and the terms of their bankruptcy allowed them not to honor gift certs.
