My problem is whenever someone gives me cash as a gift, I just put it in the bank and don't spend it on anything in particular. Then they ask me later what I bought and I have no answer for them.

That's the pits. Shouldn't have to collect your gifts. There should be a nice bag or decorated box right when the guests walk in the wedding so they don't have to carry the card around for half the night.

I dunno about the other married folk on RF.net, but at least with my wedding, my wife took care of pretty much the entire thing. I was told what to wear, where to show up and when, and I was perfectly fine with that :)
