These guys keep putting out music every year.

You're mixing the two of them up. Tupac is the one that has mountains of unreleased crap. Biggie didn't, and as such there's only been two official "new" albums released after his death.

And my vote goes to Jim Morrison. The Doors were always garbage (everything they're credited with the Velvet Underground did better and made infintiely cooler) and his writing sounded like something straight out of an 8th grade creative writing class. I'm glad they planted his bloated ass into the ground in Paris and didn't let him back here.
