CBT is a BDSM activity that either makes men cringe with fear or lights up their faces with delight. This book is a 'guide' to this form of play with excellent info about the following topics: basic male anatomy, negotiation and safewords, play benefits and risks involved, safe sex play and cleaning CBT toys, and also descriptions of various CBT toys. While CBT isn't specifically my idea of fun, the book is still very entertaining and informative. Also recommended: SM 101 by Jay Wiseman Screw the Roses, Send Me the Thorns by Philip Miller & Molly Devon

if i were you, I'd probably wander through a B&N and just see if there is something that strike your fancy. I can't tell you how many times I just wander aimlessly and find a book that my peak my interest or something that I read about or someone recommended.

I just picked this up. Great book if you want to learn how to make real bread. It was actually Ron saying that France makes better bread than us that got me thinking about real bread. Here in stuck-up wine country, the amount of good bread you can get even at a Safeway is staggering. The author of this book helped to kick start the bread movement in this area when he opened Brother Juniper's bakery years ago. Now, he's a world-renowned bread instructor at Johnson & Wales University, and he has never been to Paris.
