Pagaent (Ok, so the Red Cross
wasn't founded until the 1881;
there were only so many parts
to go around!!!!)
The next year I was Kathy
Cratchet in the 4th grade
version of "A Christmas Carol"!

I was Santa Clause in my kindergarden play, being Asian it was not as true to the real story but bare with me. I had no lines except to give gifts to the other kids. There were 4 gifts and in my red sag I only had three. I looked like such a tool looking around for a fourth gift that did not exist for 5-10 minutes. Then the teacher tossed a fourth gift to me and then I gave it. Now that's what I call an interesting play.

In eigth grade we put on a 30 minute play about U.S. history. We all had to be in it, or I would not have been anywhere near it. I played one of the Wright brothers, but I have no recollection of which one it was.

Also, every year we had to do the Christmas pagent. So in 4th grade they tried to make me play an angel. So I cried, and they let me be a shepherd.

In 4th grade, me and another student had to participate in a dont do drugs type of play. Thw wind-up was that me and him made an ass of ourselves, talked from our asses because it was so disorganized, and becoming laughing stocks for several weeks.

*In 3rd grade I think it was, We had to do Snow White and the 7 dwarves. 7 of us were assigned to be dwarves, but it was never decided who would be which, 6 of us came as Dopey.

*And in 8th grade I was a sheppard in a Navitity Story. We had to use sticks from the woods to use as walking sticks, mine had green moss or somethin growin on it and by the end of the play my hand was all green.

Anywho, we put on a production of Hamlet. I GOT TO BE HAMLET. I ruled. The next year we did the Tempetst and I got to be Caliban. God damn I was a nerd.

i wanted to try out for dorothy in my 3rd grade production of the wizard of oz. i brought my little red shoes with me and everything. during the day, i managed to lose one of my red shoes, so i never made it to the audition. that pretty much ended what could have been a very successful career in theater
