NBC released a few pilots to Amazon Unbox last week, which I was able to snag with my TiVo and check out.

I don't know if anyone else has watched this show, but I'm ambivalent to it. I like Adam Baldwin and the blonde chick was hot, but otherwise the show didn't do too much for me.

The premise is Best Buy Geek Squad employee sees an email that puts alot of government secrets into his head and the FBI and CIA both want him and want to use him.

Has anyone else checked out this show yet?

i think my new thing this season is to DVR a few new shows and not watch them until the end of the season when I know if they are going to be picked up again, that way I do not have the disappointment of my shows getting canceled when i love them

I did the UnBox preview too on my TIVO. I downloaded the pilots for Chuck, Bionic Woman, Furtherman and Life. I watched the first two.

I enjoyed Chuck, it was silly and escapist. However, the Bionic Woman was the worst piece of shit that I've seen on TV in years. I can not emphasize how much this show sucked.

i'll probably record the first episode to see what it's like. I have the HDD hardrive thingy. Kinda like TiVo. Looks interesting. When I saw the commericals for the show, I honestly thought it was going to be half an hour long. Find out it's an hour. Hour long comedies can get tough.

I actually enjoyed this quite a bit. Of course it didn't hurt seeing that female agent undressed (nice body!), but aside from that I really got a kick out of it.

Definitely will be one I watch until it's undoubtedly cancelled.

As I watched it, I wondered how they are gonna keep this going over several eps, but I enjoyed the pilot alot for what it was.

My God is she hot, like Hayden Panetieer (or whatever) all grown up... and the underwear scenes kept the interest level up for sure.

Nitpicks:

I was waiting for Chuck to be mad that she only wanted him in order to set him up.
I also thought it wouldve made more sense if Bryce had sent Chuck the email by MISTAKE.

Things to watch for (if it lasts):

Bryce stole Jill away from Chuck. So maybe Chuck can steal "blondie" away from Bryce.
(alot easier to do since he'se dead.)

I have now season passed this on tivo.

Does anyone know if they went out of order with their episodes? For the whole week leading up to this episode, the commercial they had been showing was of Chuck tied up in a chair and some woman asks him what his name is. When he gives the wrong name, she throws a knife down at the chair near his crotch. Now, at the beginning of this episode, they showed a brief scene of that, but then nothing the rest of the way. Now, for the previews for next week, they are showing those scenes again.

This of course after telling Chuck she had no interest in him and that their relationship never could go anywhere. In other words, she lied to protect her status with him, as handler.

The only reason I thought they had a chance together was that they both lost Bryce, good or bad. He reminds her of Bryce, She reminds him of the girl that Bryce stole. There needs to be way more of Chuck's sister... I dig that chick. She can break up with "Awesome" at any point - he is worthless.

I like Anna and Morgan and think its funny. Morgan is growing on me...

Casey really annoys me. I think he played the exact same guy on Firefly ... except his name was Jane. What is up with his androgynous names?

Sarah in the bed was glorious... I agree. More Sarah is necessary...

They need to stop Chuck from being so in love with Sarah... he is a man with a brain - if she isnt going to be into him he needs to look elsewhere instead of acting childish. The jealousy angle was the best thing this show did this year.

Finally, thanks to ESD I saw the pilot. They have episodes for sale on iTunes. I think they are selling the whole first half for $20.00 if anyone is interested.

That way, the possibility of KC and Sarah would go away... I just always think theyd naturally hook up in real life. Initially they hated eachother, but slowly they are earning eachothers respect; dangerous!

I really love this show. I didn't like that I could tell they were going to pit KC against Chuck. They built up how there relationship was growing the entire show. They haven't mentioned it at all until the last episode. I like the idea just not how it was pulled off.

I hope the show comes back although they have set it up as a complete arc.
When I first saw the description of what this show was going to be about I didn't have any faith in liking it but I gave it a chance and I'm glad I did. I find its one of a few shows I actually like as opposed to just watch. A big part is the chick Sarah whom I find to be gorgeous but overall its a fun show with a lot of fun characters like the Buy More guys and Casey. The show is not cheesey, but Chuck is a geek, and it totally fit his character to say what he did. In terms of you commenting on a show after watching it for 5 minutes, when crazy shit had just happened, that you obviously could have no idea what it meant or how it related to anything to the show, okay, I guess. If it does come back, it has one less viewer, since you won't be turning in again.

I'm not sure of exact numbers, but I've read in a few places it's not good enough to justify the expense (apparently it is a fairly expensive show to make). I really think they did it this way just it case it's over, but I'm sure if it comes back he will not stay super hero Chuck.

I guess this show much get great ratings because it's got to be expensive to make (unless all they are able to get money for featuring so many songs each episode) If it got low ratings that would be an easy show to cancel for budget reasons.

Is Morgan leaving the show? Harry Tang went to Hawaii as well, didn't he? Are they bringing him back to the show next year and somehow Chuck, Sarah and Col. Casey end up there are well? Unless the guy who plays Morgan got a good part on another show.

I do like the idea of changing the dynamic for new season but Bad-Ass Chuck is embarrassing. They had to cut a lot quicker than they usually do for action scenes, guess it's hard to get a double for that guy.

Over at ABC, it's a no-brainer that shows like Lost, Desperate Housewives, and Grey's Anatomy will be renewed, but Samantha Who? is on the bubble. NBC's 30 Rock, The Office, and Heroes are coming back (and I would bet that Parks and Recreation will be back too), but Chuck (noooooo!) and My Name Is Earl are both in the bubble category. As for CBS, you can guarantee that The Mentalist, Two and a Half Men, and all of the various CSI shows will be back, but it looks like longtime favorites Cold Case, Without A Trace, and The Unit aren't a sure thing to come back at all. It looks like FOX is going to cancel Dollhouse and The Sarah Connor Chronicles, but most of their other shows will be back.

The only reason I stuck with the show this long is because of Adam Baldwin; making him a civilian is lame. He should have just gone Jayne Cobb or something, not wearing an ugly suit and eating at Subway (and enough with the Subway product placement, it's the worst I've seen on any TV show)

I stand corrected. I read today, that the season finale (a two hour show, where a major character dies) is not intended to be a series finale. It hasn't been announced that there will be a new season, but they said it's unlikely it would be canceled.
