Kurt is spinning in his grave... The corporations are finally using and abusing his works like he had feared all along....

I think some people have a revisionist history about Cobain. He always wanted to be on a major label and if he were still alive I'm sure he'd be letting his songs be used in one commercial way or another. Does any of that change what any of his songs mean or mean to you? I'll still go and throw on Unplugged and hear the emotion in his voice and excellence of the songs and enjoy it. Should I not because it was on MTV? Maybe some kid watches CSI, hears a song, looks into Nirvana and becomes a fan. Why would that be bad?
