I was working on the upper east side a couple of weeks ago, listening to the show on my ipod, when who walked by me but fucking Ronnie B himself - cigar in hand and looking like a million bucks. Surreal, right? Fucking mind blowing. I work in film and television, so I am never one to bother celebs when I see them on the street, but I had to run up and say hi. He's the fucking king. I couldn't help myself.

I expected him to just shake my hand and walk on - I'd have been happy with that - but the sonofabitch actually took his earbuds out and asked me how I was doing and what was I up to. I told him I was working on a production in the neighborhood and we had a nice little chat about it.

Just a lesson to you doubters. He's everything you hear. Down to earth, cool as shit, and as real of a motherfucker as I've ever met.

You are lucky. I just moved to the UES and every time I leave my apartment I hope I run into Ron. Except when I take my dog for a walk first thing in the morning, I look like a manic. I haven't showered, and I'm usually wearing sandals, and we know how Ron feels about sandals in they city. I think I should go to Java Girl more often, maybe then I'll have more luck.

The Don had a similar experience. He happen's to see Mr.B on the street. Just goes up to say "Hi", but Ron appreciates it, and engages in a bit of friendly conversation. Nobody better!

I never met Ron or Fez but would love to - utmost admiration for what they do everyday.

Not feeling the love for the rest of the cast of characters, though. I think ESD is pretty much a stump, and the fact that he managed to marry a member of the same SPECIES is of endless amazement to me, let alone the hottie that he landed. This Sheepy guy (I'm listening to the MOnday replay right now) just sounds like a younger, gayer Fez. And Black Earl is either the mellowest guy on the planet, or he's just phoning it in.
