Who has been the hottest chick (or guy, for the ladies) to ever come from reality tv?

My top choice is without question Katharine McPhee and a second place going to Jacinda Barret (Real World). Yes, I know those are like the only two people from reality shows who have actually gone on to do non-reality related things but whatever, I'm not much a fan of real tv.

Third place is Sophia from Kid Nation. LOLZ, I'm a card.

That was one of my all time favorite reality shows. I couldnt wait for it to come back the next summer with a whole new cast. As usual they decided to cancel it and not shoot the new season a few days before it was scheduled to start. Ruined my whole summer. I wonder if thier is anyway to download the full season?
