That reminds me of my dinner last night. Two "Cuban burgers" from Bobby Flay's grill book. Grilled two burgers to medium rare, put dijon mustard and mayo (his recipe calls for garlic mayo), on both parts of a bun, swiss cheese then on the bottom bun, then the burger, a slice of ham, swiss cheese, pickle slices, then the top bun. Wrap in tin foil and then grill with a skillet pressing the burgers for an additional 3 minutes. Really great burgers.

Not only did they start out as a punk band, but they have had a great side career doing their funk thing too. Songs like Ricky's Theme, Pow and Sabrosa, set them apart from all other bands.

Also The BB have never tried to be anything they weren't. Sure the License to Ill stuff was a bit raw and college boy like but they went from that to Paul's Boutique. One of the most creative albums ever made. It was years ahead of it's time, and many many MC's and DJ's have applauded that album over and over again. Their other albums are not only great but socially aware and impressive.

Not to mention Sabotage being the best music video ever made.

The great thing about Ronnie B is that he does not have to waste his "off air" time. He basically has staff meetings during the show. Straightens out everyone on his staff right there on the show.
