Last night was a solid show, it seemed like they made an effort to shorten the sketches down, I don't know if it's because they had a summers worth or material or not, but I hope they continue with it.

I haven't listened to the show in a while for various reasons but, I've downloaded a bunch of files from the library. I'm anxious to catch up.

Aaaanycow, I was curious to see what RnF and all my old board buddays had to say aboot the Kanye/SNL debacle. Looks like it didn't make a big splash around here. Bummer. I loved bickering aboot SNL with all y'all. I'm, like, the only dude that thinks that show NEVER jumped the shark.

I'm gonna start listening and participating once again. Kick ass.

wait Paul-o.......what exactly was funny? im not ragging on Chase here because i dug a lot of stuff he's done in his career. but was the pigs in a blanket line really something you consider funny? and what about his appearance was historic? he comes on the show like once every few years

I haven't watched SNL much for the last few years......last week's show stunk....the best thing was Shamberg's music video...which was more clever than funny.....same this week....but Chevy was tight.....and I don't think he has been on the show much since the first season....I can think of two times.....and of all the jokes he did tonight....I think only one flopped....mostly because people don't laugh at 9/11 stuff.....

I thought his hit-to-miss ratio was pretty high. He got quite a few chuckles.

I wish they'd bring back previous cast members more often. The current cast members dig it, and so obviously does the crowd. BRING 'EM OUT!

I thought Seth Rogen was a damned good host. I like when the host gets to be funny instead of just being the straight man. The Douchebag Awards was my favorite skit and I liked MacGruber (but I am a Forte fan).
