I hope Wes does better in this thread. He got trashed in the other.

I'm voting for QT.

I like them both equally for different reasons, but I'm going to give the nod to Wes Anderson.

Tarantino is the winner for me, great soundtracks for both "Pulp Fiction" and "Reservoir Dogs." Although, "Needle in the Hay" is used in a really haunting way in "The Royal Tenenbaums."

Didn't know where to put this and its not worthy of a new thread but I just made the definitive Tarantino playlist. Here's the tracks:

1. From Inglourious Basterds: Nick Perito- The Green Leaves of Summer
2. From Reservoir Dogs: Steven Wright- Intro to Little Green Bag
3. From RD: George Baker Selection- Little Green Bag
4. From Pulp Fiction: Dick Dale & His Del Tones- Misirlou
5. From Death Proof: Rose McGowan & Kurt Russell- Stuntman Mike
6. From Death Proof: The Coasters- Down in Mexico
7. From PF: Urge Overkill- Girl, You'll Be A Woman Soon
8. From Jackie Brown: Bobby Womack- Across 110th Street
9. From PF: Kool & The Gang- Jungle Boogie
10. From Kill Bill: Uma Thurman- A Few Words From The Bride
11. From KB: Tomoyasu Hotei- Battle Without Honor or Humanity
12. From PF: The Revels- Comanche
13. From IB: David Bowie- Cat People
14. From PF: Dusty Springfield- Son of a Preacher Man
15. From JB: The Delfonics- Didn't Blow Your Mind This Time
16. From PF: Brothers Johnson- Strawberry Letter #23
17. From RD: Joe Tex- I Gotcha
18. From KB: 5,6,7,8's- Woo Hoo
19. From PF: Chuck Berry- You Never Can Tell
20. From JB: The Meters- Cissy Strut
21. From DP: Smith- Baby It's You
22. From KB: Nancy Sinatra- Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down)

I don't think I'm missing anything major.

Anderson, if only for the fact that he got me back into the Kinks.

Their both awesome, but I could listen to that Life Aquatic soundtrack 20 times a day. Wes FTW.

Yup. Doesn't get much better than Seu Jorge doing Bowie covers in Portuguese.
