I like them both equally for different reasons, but I'm going to give the nod to Wes Anderson.

Tarantino is the winner for me, great soundtracks for both "Pulp Fiction" and "Reservoir Dogs." Although, "Needle in the Hay" is used in a really haunting way in "The Royal Tenenbaums."
