It must mean you go to NYU and are sick of a buerocratic corporation passing itself off as an institute of higher learning, taking all of your money to fund parties for President Assholiva and pay big name faculty members who teach one grad class a semester, all so you can get a degree that is as easy to come by as an Associates degree at a junior college. IKEABOY - It's important to realize that feelings including anger, don't just pop up. There is a reason and cause behind every feeling. The hard part is figuring out exactly what it is.

What were you doing when you experienced this anger? What were you thinking? How did the anger manifest itself? What did you feel like doing? Towards who or what?

JENITALIA - The anger over little things that you feel now, has many causes, most likely directly related to whatever situation or circumstances caused your depression. You are reacting to the same feelings (i.e. the root cause) in a different way. As your therapy continues, I expect you'll get at the root of the problem (even if it's not something you can consciously pull up). Then the anger will diminish and disappear as you learn to successfully and effectively combat or come to terms with the real issues.

I'm just sitting there and all of a sudden i just get the feeling of anger. i'm not thinking about anything, i'm not talking to anyone. it's just, as I said, sudden. and i don't have any anger towards a particular person, sure sometimes after i get the anger but that's just for a direction, it's not like the anger is caused by any specific person

IKEABOY - What you described (just sitting there and suddenly feeling anger) is a symptom not it's root cause.

If you don't know what brings this anger on, the goal is to figure it out so you can best reduce then eliminate it.
