what are the best foods or diet pattern to really put on pounds, lets say 45-50. My goal is to reach close to 200 pounds (Im at or around 150) though no matter how much I eat, I feel like its been burned off in seconds.
EDIT- NO JEALOUSY FROM THE FATTIES!!!

Fried foods, and lots of sugar should do the trick.
Edit: Why do you want to gain so much weight?

Beer and chicken wings. How tall are you? You may be one of those genetic freaks. Can you stuff yourself? And then eat a little more? 'Cuz that's the kind of dedication it takes.
Bags of candy before you sleep, skip breakfast, eat a big lunch. Cheese, white bread, and as many wings as you can get your hands on. And drink at least 3 nights a week. I got myself up to 300 lbs on this diet, with only a few modifications.

there are plenty of ways to gain weight and stay healthy. Plenty of protein and carbs with no sugar, workout, and eat meals and snacks every 2 hours (about 7-8 healthy high calorie, carbs and protein meals with as little saturated fat as possible). If your looking to be a fat 200 lbs then eat all the crap you can.

To answer that, I'm about 6' 1'' and anything over 5-6 meals daily, ill be choking back puke trying to store all that food.
I'm sure this diet will a long term project especially since I've began weightlifting, I believe that helps burn away fat so definitely need something to counteract that loss (whey protein is an element after training).

Yes, I should have shined on the fact that I want to be athletic machine-like 200 pounder, not an E-Rock 200 pounder.

Steroids.
Really, I don't know, string bean. If you want advice on how to be a 175lb, semi-erockish fellow, I can help.
Higher weight, less reps. Does that weight-gainer stuff work?

Just like with losing weight, I'd imagine the healthiest way is hard work. Eat lots of healthy food, and do a lot of muscle building exercises. As for me, I just stopped doing coke and ate lots of Chik Fil A.

Well considering your location is listed as montreal, I'd say poutine. Yet you'll have to head out to the burbs to get it though, they don't seem to have any downtown. I recommend Laval for a healthy power pouter.

Hmm my friend who was always naturally skinny once tried those weightgain protein shakes. I guess it worked cause he bulked up to a mean 145lbs, he was however, working out at the time too. He's pretty much back to his standard 125lbs now.
My brother was always naturally skinny and even skinnier when he got into hardcore drugs. Once he stopped the drugs he ate very healthy, worked out and gained some muscle. But it wasn't until he succumbed to the lure of the pizza, chicken and beer guzzling ways that he really packed on the pounds and I started calling him Budda. No relation to this thread but after cutting soda and bread from his diet he's back to his svelt figure. Now if only he could knock out the 8am beer fests.

you're a "hard-gainer". you'll be working hard for every extra ounce you put on. I have the opposite problem. I can look at a weight and grow muscle, but trimming fat is a bitch.
A pound is 3500 calories, so you need to get 500 extra calories a day to gain a pound a week. I'd lay off the cardio, get a good bodybuilding routine, and keep those carbs coming.
You can google hardgainer and bodybuilding to find diet plans and routines
