If I had sat through as much (mostly good humored) abuse as he did last week, hoping to get some donations to a good cause, and only one person (at that time) donated, I'd be pissed too.

I know I intended to donate right after the show but something came up that distracted me so it took me a few days to get it done.

Rich is exactly right. I meant there were 93 people who went to my myspace page and aside from Freakshow there was no movement. Thursday was a rough day all around because at 8 that morning I got an email from the girl who was supposed to be moving into my place this past weekend "changed her mind", never sent the check, and I wasn't going to be able to (and haven't) pay my rent. If I wasn't in such a need to raise that money for the walk, I would have canceled.

So no, I wasn't calling everybody an asshole, more dissapointed that it wasn't more effective. I do however reserve the right change my opinion of Raamone at a later date.

Thank you SOS, and James. I screwed up my knee day 1 at lunch when I decided to kneel instead of sit because I was doing well. I had done about 9 miles in 3 hours and didn't want to get too comfortable or wet from the rain that happened at that time. But the way I rocked to stand up I screwed up something on the outside of my right knee. I pretty much dragged myself the next 4 miles which took me 4 hours. I got my knee wrapped and was taken to the camp grounds where I was worked over by an incredible physical therapist that had me walking out when I had to be brought in by a golf cart from the bus. But, I was determined to do all 13.1 today, and went to it as it was still pouring. The tape lasted about a mile and a half, but I did the stretches that the therapist showed me and muscled on. When there was about a mile and a half left, I think the adrenaline just gave up on me because it hurt like hell. I did finish, doing 26.2 miles over the weekend, but I am frustrated in myself for getting hurt in such a stupid way. So I've already signed up for next year for my vindication, and I'll begin harrassing for that walk in a few weeks, when this walks injuries heal up.

I did see both Matt and Liz over the weekend, it's nice seeing a familiar face in a sea of strangers.
