Can anyone make it to Garden State Mall tomorrow between 12:00 noon and 2:00 pm? If so, then you have a chance.
As I've mentioned on here before, I keep getting these emails about The Ricola Mystery Cougher contest (I have no idea how they got my email address). Anyway, as usual I can't make it tomorrow, as I'm taking my kids to Six Flags, so I'm passing this on to anyone interested.
The way the contest works: The Mystery Cougher starts coughing. You offer him/her a Ricola. If it's the right guy/gal then they whip out 100 prize envelopes for you to choose from. Depending on the enveolpe, you can win anywhere from $500 to the $1 Million prize. Just remember me if you win.

Here's (http://www.ricolamysterycougher.com/) the official, site which includes the rules
Here's the clue I was emailed:
Hello friends, it's The Ricola Mystery Cougher again.
I'm in your area right now, and giving the first person who offers me a soothing, herbal Ricola a chance to win up to one million dollars. I'll be coughing tomorrow, October 20th, between 12-2 pm. Where? Here's your final clue:
There's no time to stall, or even to wait.
I'm coming to a mall in the Garden State.
A troublesome cough is how I'll be revealed
Hope to see you and your Ricola at the Westfield.
Make sure you bring Ricola cough drops. Good luck!

Oh yeah. I did some research. Turns out that The Garden State Mall is the only Westfield mall listed for New Jersey.

And is this supposed to be a woman or man?

I have vague childhood memories of when Garden State Plaza was still an open-air mall before they enclosed it. Also, I remember the giant Santa Claus figure they used to put in the parking lot at Christmas time.

Yes it was all open and to get to store to store in the rain or snow you walked under these cement awnings running along the stores. they also had individual pretsel venders along the way

I'm going to keep posting these until one of you lazy fuckers gets off your asses and tries to win this thing. Of course, I'll need to wet my beak just a little.
Here's the hint for tomorrow (12/14/2007). Good Luck:
Hello Metropolitans, it's The Ricola Mystery Cougher again.
I'm in your area right now, giving the first person to offer me a soothing, herbal Ricola a chance to win up to one million dollars.
I'll be coughing Friday, December 14th, between 2pm and 4pm. Where? Here's your final clue:
An opera house no more, but you'll still have ball.
On West 34th you might win it all.
Make sure you bring your Ricola. Good luck!

What the hell . . . I'm going to bump this even though I think I'm the only one here taking this seriously. Is this worse than asking for the Daily News Cash Numbers, or whatever they were called?
Anywho, get yourselves down to the Hammerstein Ballroom today all you Manhattan people!
