I was watching "Timecop" on Starz Saturday night, (and you think your life is boring). The movie holds up pretty well for being 13 years old, except when they travel into the "future", the year is the futuristic 2004, and they are driving around DC in this contraption that looks an automobile version of a "star wars" stormtrooper. Its laugh out loud funny looking, that and jean claude vandamme's futuristic mullet. What say you? What are some other unintentional funny moments in cinema?

Every time Humphrey Bogart smacks a dame. I know it's wrong but it's funny because it used to be all good.

Point break is the funniest movie ever.

Also that michael douglas movie where he loses his shit and blows everything up. I forget the name but it was hilarious as well.

My favorite is a scene in Beyond the Valley of the Dolls where these two guys get into an argument than ends with one of them hitting the other with his car. The dramatic dialog is classic.

In the John Wayne movie "The Fighting Seabees", a Japanese soldier is scooped up and impaled by a clamshell bucket. The machine operator takes a rifle and shoots the Japanese soldier dead then opens the clamshell bucket, dropping him to the ground. Another soldier asked the machine operator "Why did you shoot him first?" He responds, "I thought the fall might kill him."

I don't know why but that cracks me up everytime I see it.

jean claude van damme - kickboxer

when jean claude tries to summon tears because his dog was killed...fuckin' hilarious bad acting. i think ron crying on the air is more believable.

thats priceless. was that one of the olson twins getting smacked?

i'm still fixating on timecop. the budget for special fx must have been low, or cgi was just breaking through. there was another scene where van damme has to travel through time, by the "travel time sled". they have him in this shlocky sled that emits smoke and sparks from the back (like one of those phony jetplanes in team america: world police), and its heading for a brick wall. you pray that it smashes into the wall but of course it won't with jcvd inside....he's one cool customer that jcvd.

I was gonna say the Megladon effects were pretty decent for a low budget flick ( the guy jumping into the mouth and the shark eating the whole boat ) but that part w/ the guy on the jet ski was as cheesey as it gets.

It looked like effects from the old Batman TV series.

Sling Blade from start to finish is hysterical.

Not a movie, but Halloween on Ice is on NBC right now. It is the height of unintentional comedy.

At the end,I especially like the way they are walking off (in their whore platform shoes) looking like they are trying to avoid stepping in a yard full of dogshit....and that the screenplay was written by somebody with the first name "Jan Michael", and the exec producer is an obviously senile, yet fighting to be relevant joseph barbera, the co creator of the Flintstones....and that they put the director of photography's credit up when simmons is peering over the mini rollercoaster, like that is a brilliant inventive shot...unbelievable, brilliant almost for every shot, and that was just the opening credits....i wonder how that movie did in japan. they are kiss nuts over there. even today.

It has to be one of the WORST time travel devices EVER! Not just because it is cheesy, but because the sled magically disappears and they drop into the other timeline like they fell out of bed, then when they return - BOOM - "magically" the sled returns.

Fraking ridiculous.

Another good aspect is that you can't touch yourself in the past (heh-heh) because the "same matter can't take up the same space." However, at that point you are NOT the same matter - especially since they were traveling back in time several years. So many cells would have been replaced that there is no way they could be considered the same matter.
