Board Gossip= Round Table Discussion/Messageboard Mailbag???

This is a bizarre re-tooling of board gossip. It should probably be called "Hey. Here's a thread posted on a message board"

Thats a quote from Mikeyboy and I couldn't agree more. Board Gossip now has morphed into a topic intro of sorts followed by a FRED type discussion. Is this a good thing or a last dicth effort to save the "board gossip voice character"? Has Razzle Dazzle lost its sizzle?

My best guess is that there were too many people bitching and/or getting their feelings hurt if they got mentioned and Dave and the boys were sick of the complaints.

Or maybe they felt the bit was getting a little stale.

It lost it's "sizzle" due to the fact that it isn't any different from week to week and unfortunately ESD isn't a part of this and other boards like he used to be. As he started with the show he had most of the ins and outs of the boards down. However, now he spends most of his time on Paltalk and let's be honest, it's not the same. If he was a member of the board family, he'd know all the rumors, tiffs and more. Dave's a cool guy and all but using the same people (inner ring) every week also lessens the effect. We hear enough about some of these people every week due to inane shit like paltalk that can get old at times. Don't get me wrong, I know some people love that shit and it's your call, but it sometimes is so paltalk centric that even if I were interested in trying it I'm now so put off I doubt I will.

In conclusion, b gossip either needs new/better spies or better involvement by it's creator. He either got lazy with this segment, or just doesn't care about it any longer. One example was when ESD brought up BDC and my feud on the pics a few months back and it was a feud that was years old. It was funny to hear it, but that's just off and hate to say it, lazy. There have been oh so many good fights, good happenings that go by and aren't brought up but instead we get our weekly update on sheepy, htg, flea and whoever else he seems to be all about this year. Funny thing is, we already heard most of what he says during that weeks show since we always hear about what clothes htg is folding or what comic sheepy is reading. I like them both, but their isn't any passion there and the news so mundane. Sorry Dave, still love you on the show overall. Perhaps the bit needs a tweak or the door.?

I really think most not involved with the boards, or more so pal talk of the last few years, would like the updates into these worlds. It became overkill when it's within the whole show and the same fucking people every week. Sorry, but it's not a surprise that the attention whores link themselves with certain people really quick to get the inside track to the show. That's why this is the board of all boards to me. When so you see our mods, admin looking for credit or show time. Jon, Fallon, Mojo, MB and so many more just help out where they can and love the show. Can the same be said for some of the others? Just look at Carter, he's been a true fan and never used his past/setup of this board to whore himself all this time with his new venture. In fact, it's amazing to me that he wasn't on the show earlier and I'm so much more down to support real people like these, especially since they don't morph in different situations. Rant over, but I hope it made some sense.

IThat's why this is the board of all boards to me. When so you see our mods, admin rarely looking for credit or show time. Jon, Fallon, Mojo, MB and so many more just help out where they can and love the show.

Why does it have to be "inside?" It's Ron & Fez' show. Dave is basically their employee. If they didn't want him getting the time he does or being there, do you honestly think they wouldn't tell him to get off the mic or even fire him? Why would they just sit back and let him take over? It's not insider info...it's just common sense.
