You are offered 2 choices by some kind of genie you can only pick 1
1. Get back and added to your total lifetime all the hours you have spent watching TV
or
2. All the money you have spent on crap in your lifetime to this point
crap would be stuff like in my case, comic books, video games, toys or it could be the money spent on booze cigarettes...... what ever...... but not house or car money those kind of purchases are more justifable in my opinion
just pick one
regets..........yeah I had a few

I would go with the money. I'd make a really cranky 110 year old. Plus, I would probably be living in some crappy assisted living place with no friends or family.

Jesus Christ, ya buncha greedy pricks. Give me the time.
"Every year is getting shorter, never seem to find the time
Plans that either come to naught, or half a page of scribbled lines"
What a great question.
I am 47 years old and I figure that I have spent 4 hours per day for 40 years watching tv. By my math that comes to about 6.67 years.
15 years ago I would probably have chosen the money but now that I have kids, my worst fear (other than one of them dying or becoming sick) is that I won't be around to see them grow up .
I would definitely trade my television viewing to see another 6 2/3 years of my kids life.

the money would make much more of an immediate difference at this point than getting years down the road.

Money. I have plenty of time right now, little money. I don't think I really care to live to 90 or 100.

I foresee Fez throwing this question out there, and Ron dismissing it because theres really only one answer:
the money.
besides, with all the money ive spent on what people consider crap, Id be able to buy myself a few more years of life, too.
Money. I'm just curious to see what I've spent over the course of my life.

If you chose the money does that mean you lose whatever it is you bought and the memories of using it or is it just a reimbursement kinda thing ?
Same question would go w/ the TV thing. Do I lose the memories and laughs of the shows I watched ?
I'd go w/ the money because it's more tangible.

Time. I'm only 25 and have really only had extra money to spend on crap the last few years, so it couldn't possibly be that much. And I would probably just waste it again.

Cash, I've bought a lot of stupid things for my kid that she doesn't need.
I don't really have time to watch tv.

are substitutions allowed?
instead of time watching tv, how about time cranking it?
if so, then i vote for time.
you can always make more money.

Money. With all the video games and CDs I've purchased I'll have enough money for more video games and CDs.
