Anyone watch the season premiere last night?

I already hate Tia Carrera's character. She seems so over the top and unnecessary. Which of course is perfect for a nip/tuck season.

The preview for the season makes it seem like it will be another good season.

I love that show. It's unpredictable in every way. I missed seeing Julia. Her character is one of the strengths of the show. Last season, when she THOUGHT she was saying goodbye to her own mother.... wow.




Something DID distract me in last nights episode though. The sets. They were all curiously empty. Almost unfinished. It was as if the entire episode took place in a stylized furniture showroom. It looked surreal.

I was at the gym watching Family Guy and saw a commercial for the premiere. Perfect timing.

It was nice to have an episode without all the supporting cast and the usual insanity that accompanies them. The commercial for the rest of the season looked great, and I think the more comedic vibe is a winner.

It was a great premiere. Sean gets a taste of fame. Christian once again shows us how vain and soulless he is. And I can't wait to see that reality show.

I think there's going to be an even larger supporting cast in this season, along with the return of everyone else. I'm a little scared at how many story lines are going to be going on.

Dammit! I missed the premier...I think I still have them in my DVR though so I'll check tonight. I always look forward to this show. Suspense of belief takes some work sometimes but it's usually worth it. I LOVED the Ada storyline and really hope she makes another appearance...Famke Jannsen is HOT.

Last season was so hideously over the top I can't imagine what they can do next--so I have to watch. Though I feel this show totally jumped the shark when they moved to LA. When the show started the story lines bordered on unbelievable but still somehow were convincing. Not anymore.

I can't wait for Tuesday. Realistically Sean should be dead, but I have to wonder how they are going to spin it. From the teaser below I'm getting the impression that there will be a big portion of the show where it's a dream sequence with Sean imagining his funeral. We can see the crazy toed nut dragging his body also, but he had to live somehow. I want to know what the deal is with Julia, is she really suffering from amnesia or did Olivia drug her with something to forget. Prior to where it's revealed she had amnesia her daughter Eden pulls her aside supposedly to tell her she shot her. Perhaps Olivia is drugging her until she comes up with a plan to fix things. Is Liz dead also? I needs to know...

After Julia finds out that Olivia's daughter has been poisoning her...instead of going to the police and being all sneaky like she tells Olivia's daughter she knows what she's been doing and Olivia's daughter takes Julia's gun and shoots her then tells the police it was a suicide attempt.

Julia was in a coma but has since woken up with no memory.

Cristian and Annie got into a car accident trying to drive away from the paperazzi and during Annie's surgery where Sean is stitching up her face Sean's insane ex-agent comes in and stabs him a bunch of times in the back. He is left spitting up blood and bleeding all over the floor next to his daughter which is still under anesthesia on the operating table.

I've been watching this show from the beginning, and I can't stop. It has gotten so rigoddamndiculous, but I can't stop watching. And --LOL-- Christian with breast cancer. It's ironic because he's a womanizer! So silly.

The best thing about this episode was the music. The show typically uses good music anyway, but "Stop Me" at the beginning was fantastic and "Everybody's Gotta Learn Sometime" toward the end made my basement moist. I fucking love that song.

Also, I realized that Liz is my favorite character. I heard this could be the last season (understandable, what with the outrageous storylines they must've been getting terrible ratings.)

Ohhh, and I loathe that stupid, as my boyfriend calls her, "Ugly Hot Girl" that fucked Sean and shot Julia last season. She was probably the worst character ever.
