I broke my hand/wrist

Me and a friend of mine at work were goofin around in back while it was slow, and he went to kick something I was holding. Instead, he kicked the underside of my wrist and thumb. Now i have 2 fractures in the plate in my wrist right at the base of my thumb. I have to wear this dickhead psuedo cast for a week, then go see an orthopedist and have more XRays and possibly and MRI to make sure nothing is torn and that there arent more fractures they couldnt see cause the swelling. And I spent 5 hours at the hospital to have 4 pictures of my hand taken and a brace put on it
and its my fuckin right hand

That sucks can you still work or will that fuck with you doing your job? I hate how the smallest thing can lead to a big injury. Be sure to do alot of self medicating to deal with the pain.

yea right is good hand. i can deal better then most cause ive previously broken both wrists and my right elbow, so im better with me left then most righties. and the psuedo cast i have i can take off to shower or if i really need it off to try to do somethin, though it still hurts alot eventhough i ate 3 ultracets, pussy pills. I shoulda asked for percs

i dont work at that place anymore. long story, but for my job imgood. and no, i couldnt drive stick right now. if i dont have this thing on and move my hand and thumb around, it hurts from my wrist right up through to my elbow. im kinda worried about goin to the ortho actually. really worried
