What's your XM recording schedule?

I have my nexus set to record every day literally from 6-3 just to make sure I have O&A and R&F and can catch the shows at any time. Then I delete what I've listened to to make room for the next day.
The only problem is with the Nexus you have sift through commercials like they are tracks because the pad data never says Opie and Anthony or Ron and Fez, it sucks.
Anyways, how about you guys?

12a-3a r+f - for anything i missed the day before
6a-8a o+a so i can listen to the start of the show on my train ride. i normally stop at 7:30a (that's when i leave) so i get the 1.5 hours on my trip into work.
when at work i'll delete it all and record 12p-5p so i can listen on my way out to any bits i missed (like when i took lunch).

i listen to o & a with an audible subscription

i have a skyfi3, and basically record r & f on the replay

so i'm always a day behind on my listening

Record Ron and Fez replay. I save the shows for when I'm traveling, so sometimes I'm up to two weeks behind. I'm caught up at the moment though.

Then on the weekend various music channels.

Then I delete all the commercials I can. For a while I was a week behind on O&A, finally caught up.
