I'm fucking pumped for this. I've been listening to Ricky Gervais podcasts for the past 2 weeks and this couldn't come any sooner.

Frux I can't wait for that. I hope it doesn't come off as forced though.
Extras may have upsured the office. The merchant agent/former Eastenders duo floored me constantly. cupcake.

Fantastic show...Ricky Gervais was absolutely brilliant and he nailed so much about what's wrong with celebrity culture.

I thought it was brilliant. Loved it, and loved how it mirrored parts of his real career, like the first season did. Where he wants to create a show that takes place in an office, then he walks away when it's popular and gets talked into one last x-mas episode (of course, obviously a different take on it)
Did anyone else watch the Ricky Gervais podcast that leads up to this with Karl Pilkington doing a thing about the extras in the Extras Special? I finally played it this morning and would have looked for Karl as an autograph collector outside the Ivy, but I didn't remember that scene from last night. Did that scene get cut?

Nope. Scene's still in. He looked familiar, but I wouldn't have realized it was Karl if you hadn't mentioned it.

I fucking loved it. The speech Andy gave was brilliant, and the only better thing was Darren and "Barry" working at the CarPhone Warehouse. Shit, that was killing. One of the best finales I have ever seen.

Just seeing Karly Pilkoid's bald-headed Manc twat on the show made me laugh. He didn't even have to say anything.
I liked the trio of carphone workers dancing to the ringtones.
I also liked the speech towards the end.

I need to watch it again, but it sounded like Andy made a comment about his round head :)
