Thank God! There's some crazy woman that goes around my neighborhood every few days throwing bread crumbs all over the place. I saw her yesterday in the middle of the act, she had a cart filled with plastic bags that I'm pretty sure were all filled with the pigeon food. I wanted to yell at her, but she looked to be at least 80.

City Councilman Simcha Felder on Monday called on the city to levy a fine of as much as $1,000 (490 pounds) on people feeding pigeons, distribute bird contraceptives, and employ hawks to scare the birds away.

good riddance! i'm convinced those filthy pigeons are scheming to mount an all-out aerial attack on humans (aided by stray dogs and cats attacking from the ground) in an effort to overthrow humanity. i, for one, DO NOT welcome our bird, cat, and dog overlords!!!
