Okay...so I'm drunk...and I'm on the message board at 5:30AM...is there anything wrong with the 'drunk dial-up'? I was just talking to someone earlier who wasn't so happy that I called him. I'm sure there are more stupid things that people do when they're drunk. So what? I like to call people on my phone list and talk jibber-ish...is it because I am a female? Or is it that I am just a loser? Can anyone please tell me something more stupid than a 'drunk dial-up'?

i had a friend that would leave me drunken messages on weekends while i was out. it was so funny to come home and listen to him ramble on for a good 5 minutes. i ended up recording a couple of them and made him listen to them. They were so funny

Dunk dialing is theraputic in the respect that you can say what you feel without the immediate vulnerality that comes along iwth that. The next moring the guilt and embarassment is sometimes unbearable, but it never stops me. Am I a bad person?

im very good at embarrassing myself while drunk. dialing while intoxicated is one of the funner things. the last time i did it was after i saw madonna in concert, i came home so fucking drunk, i called justjon afterwards and babbled for about a half hour. then i had to call him back to let him know i tosssed my cookies.

its all good as long as you don't call the ex

Yes....I'll admit that the next day is a little wierd. But, there is nothing wrong with confessionals...after my drunk-dial-up last night I called one of my closest friends leaving him 2 ten-minute voice mails about how much I think that he sucks. Can you imagine the phone call the next day?

i love the drunk confessionals, especially to the ex. nothing more fun then spilling your heart out then trying to figure out what you said the next day. sure you say things you regret but that just makes life more fun. hey, even when you're in a horrible situation you are still alive to deal with it, some aren't so lucky. so i say drink it up, smoke it up, call em up, throw it up, then clean it up the next day. its the key to any good night.

I'm very lucky in that I have somehow managed to avoid making drunk dial-ups. However, I can't seem to avoid the drunk e-mail. I'll come home from the bar tanked and decide to e-mail someone. Then I have the enjoyment of waking up in a frenzy, hoping I can unsend the e-mail before they get it. That's the same reason I have made a personal rule... no posting on the board while intoxicated. There have been many times when I've had to modify a retarded post from the previous night.

I have given up on drunken dial-ups since the time I confessed to a friend that I had feelings for her, and she became estranged. And what makes it worse is that I was lying and just wanted to get her nekkid. She was actually very annoying come to think of it. Okay, so she was only an acquaintance, but she had a nice ass and nice teeth. She was usually the one that called me drunk at 3am, and since it was my turn, my drunken brain was only thinking "get her naked. get her naked." and it worked, but we were on the phone so I had to pretend. And then she hung up when I was done. Just like a woman. Could this be a drunken post?

I still haven't gotten to drunk emails yet... I would have to run a spell-check every five minutes. I think that the phone calls are better...
But, I do have a story about a guy confessing his feelings for me after being friends for years! I was the drunk one and did a 'dial-up'. I guess he thought that was the right time to admit his love for me...it did get very awkward afterward and we have a hard time speaking now. I think the only purpose of a drunk dial up is to talk about sex and silly little confessions like "my ex-boyfriend liked wearing my panties when he would go to work..."
