Holy fuck, I just finished Crysis.

Anyone else out there playing this?

I don't think a first person shooter has ever had me as charged up as this one. Not only is it the graphically intense game I have ever played, more than once while running through the woods or between mountains I thought to myself how it could have been real life that I was looking at, but it was also the most intense action game I have ever sat through. It was like a huge summer blockbuster hit with all the latest and greatest special effects and a plot that keeps you wanting more until the credits roll, and then has you demanding a sequel. The game started off as a slow stealth game but by the end the first few levels seemed like a distant memory. Massive battles, expansive levels with multiple paths and options, pretty decent voice acting, great weapons, and a power suit that makes you feel like a badass once you get the hang of it.

(Trailer from the beta of the game. If you have a PC powerful enough to handle this with the graphics turned up you will be blown away. I am ran it on a 6600 chip with an 8800 gts card)

Oh I am so pumped. I want to go run through the entire game again. It was amazing and I am bummed it's over.

If you have a computer that can handle this beast of a game then you need to give this a try.

Once I finish Bioshock this is next on my list. I played the demo and while my system wont let me turn on all the bells and whistles it does a pretty good job.

How many hours of gameplay is Crysis?

How much do you have to spend on a new computer to be able to play
these new games with bells and whistles turned on?

My P3 means i can't play anything that came out after HL2 Episode 1.

How many hours of gameplay is Crysis?

I think it is about 15 hours long, which is pretty decent for a first person shooter.

I finished it in 3 days though, every time I sat down to play I didn't get back up again until four or five hours later, the game was just that good.

I am going to play through the whole thing again and try to do some stuff that I missed the first play through. The levels are so expansive with so many different paths to take that you'll never see the whole the the first time.

Best fps game I have ever played.
