I am an enormous Kings of Leon fan. I annoyingly demand that everyone I talk to listen to "The Bucket" or "Molly's Chambers" so they can appreciate the rock. So when I heard the song start the show off yesterday I got really excited. I started thinking however that it was really lame that the song they chose was the single and one of my least favorite Kings songs. This leads to the following question...

If your favorite band gets national exposure with a song you aren't excited about are you a) happy regardless or are you b) bummed that the song everone else likes isn't even close to the best that band has to offer?

This has probably been discussed on the board before, but since you bring it up, I have to say it's pretty immature to be bummed out about other people's musical preferences. There's enough going on in the world to keep you busy without getting worked up over whether everyone likes the wrong songs.

Yeah I'm just pumped they got Kings on the show. And I'm not bummed, just posing the question.
