the box is a crutch, which works fine for now. But eventually when the novelty of the box wears off, and Fez no longer feels like it's a sanctuary, then the old problems will be back.

no doubt there are times where Ronnie just leaves him hanging after Fez makes a joke/remark and the rest of the crew follows suit and there is a few seconds of uncomfortable silence. other times Ron will just play 'counterpoint' with Fez and I may be wrong but I feel with Ronnie's dominating nature and Fez's sensitive nature it hurts Fez's confidence at times.

maybe it's Ron's 'tough love' or he doesn't realize he is even doing it?

I have to agree with Donnie. Fez has not been too influential lately. If he needs the box to get over what is troubling him, fine. I am not going to second guess him. I just hope that when it is over...

That being said, I feel that the man in the box should come out and sit in studio next to his partner Ron because the fact the Ron brought this subject up means at a level (possibly subconscious) he is alot more confortable with Fez in studio. Fez is funny , quick and we know that they both play off on each other.
I laugh at Dave alot, he adds a fans prospective (he says the first thing that pops in his head) but too much Ginger ruins the Sushi.

I listen to the Ron AND Fez Show, that said, I want Fez back out. But I am just a listener and have no idea what makes Radio Gold, only Ronnie B knows that, and it sounds like he wants Fez back out there.
