The new year is fast approaching, so what are some of your favorite moments of this last year?
Some of mine are when Ron, after asking Dave which old girlfriend he wished he could have back again said, "EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM!" It was such a funny insight into the male mind.
Another would have to be the Earl masturbation segment when they came back from a vacation, fucking priceless.

Well Friday's show was one of the best. Listen to it 3 times and that board gossip, and Guy Gauyerson(don't know the spelling) was one of the funniest.

I've been listening about a year now but for some reason, I distinctively remember these two:

--Dave telling jokes with Roberto. I was drinking beer at the time, and I was like "What the hell is this?" Then all of the sudden it hit me how absurdly funny it was, and beer shot out of my nose and I couldn't stop laughing.

--Then there was some funny incident when Dave was trying to attack Earl and Po was putting him in some kind of hold, but Dave wouldn't stop. Hilarious.

The day that Fez went to the emergency room struck a nerve with me. It was an incredibly real and touching moment when Ron was giving him a hug and telling him it was going to be ok and he loved him. It was amazing to listen to Ron handle an impromptu emergency situation, with ice in his veins and his heart on his sleeve. Perfection.


Then after a long pause after Fez left the studio, he looks at Dave and rifles out, "Now don't you start fucking crying, too." And just like that, we were laughing again.

The man is brilliant.

I loved that Free FM bit where Ron & Fez were giving Dave advice based on 80s movies.

My favorite XM moment was that zany moment when Earl came in with his Jets Fan song. It was such a weird piece. There was no prep, he asked everyone to sing and they had no clue when to come in. What really made it work for me was that the song was actually pretty damn good. If Earl prepped that and set it to real music, it would have sounded great.

Saddest moment: the last Free FM show. Ron & Fez's heartfelt signoff was a nice moment. They were doing so well and the Free FM shows were terrific. Ron really spoke from the heart there, you can tell he was upset because he knew there was something special building up. I can't wait until they're back on the air on NYC again.

I loved when Earl took credit for a DVD that Fez gave Ron, leading to a meltdown where he stormed out of the studio and cost him the chance to be the iron man producer, just days before he would have passed Al Dukes. (In retrospect that didn't seem entirely fair since Al had been known to walk out on the show to cry under a console yet he still has the record)

There was one bad day for Fez where he was rejected by a psychiatrist and Ron tried to make him feel better by detailing his plan to beat and rape her to avenge him. I believe later in the show a caller claimed that Fez was faking his problems to get attention, which led to Ron ripping in to the guy worse than I ever heard before. It was a thing of beauty.

I hesitate to call it a great moment, but hearing about Gail O's death was touching.

While it wasn't on the show itself, "Razzle dazzle" making it on to Lost had me grinning like an idiot for a good ten minutes.

I can't believe that they got away with the one where Ron acted like Charles Manson and enouraged everyone to go to Roman Polanski's house and write 'i57' on the walls in blood when you're done. They must not have minded since he did the same bit a couple weeks later, but with the girls in the studio being his followers.

Back in March, when Fez had bronchitis adn called off work. Ronnie told everyone that Fezzie quit, and Fez kept calling, saying he didn't. Than he finally "got off his sickbed", and came to the studio, and they had Bronx Johnny and Po at the door keeping him out. Birth of the Tin Machine. Fucking hilarious.
