Firstly let me start by saying I had no idea how expensive these things were.

I totally though they'd be cheaper than the Land Rovers because they were smaller but boy was I wrong.

Well since I knew I couldn't afford a new one I started looking into used ones and found some good deals.

I've come to find out that they suck and I shouldn't get one.

A buddy of mine that's a manager of a car dealership says thay they are wicked expensive to fix.

I thought that maybe they were expensive to fix because they didn't breakdown that easily but that doesn't seem to be the case.

With that said does anybody have anything good to say about these things ?

I see them on the road all the time and I'd hate to think people pay 80K for a car that breaks down easily and costs a lot to fix.

Even people who have money are usually smart enough to not invest in something that would suck so bad.

Range Rover comes with a transferable 4-year/50,000-mile New-Vehicle Limited Warranty.

Additionally, new Range Rover Owners will delight in the complimentary scheduled maintenance program during the warranty period (see the Passport to Service, available at your Land Rover Retailer, for details).
The maintenance program must not be transferable???Your buddy is shooting ya straight very expensive to work on... And i assume you have a R.R new vehicle dealer close???They are a social statement more than a value....A lot of the people you see driving a new one and with the maintenance program do not pay to fix them... Not even oil changes and Ill bet 70% or more are on a lease and the vehicle is under warranty the entire time they own it....
