You don't need any url to sign up. You register by creating a username and password.

Once you're registered, you make sure your sig pics are saved on an image hosting site (photobucket, flickr, imageshack.us). Then you take the url address for each image and upload it in the randomizer. Once that's loaded, you will see a Randomizer url near the top of the page. You take that an go to User CP, Edit Signature, and then press this: http://www.ronfez.net/forums/images/skins/rf_blue/editor/insertimage.gif and enter the url in the pop-up box.

if it's taken then try another name and re-register until it accepts you. Once you are in you should see a screen where you can insert the URL from the signature picture.
Then paste the URL between img tags (I believe) in your signature field

if you have a mac you should have plenty of editing software on it... and basically it makes the signatures itself... just give t the right command or push the little apple button, it does magical things
