I love self service stuff. I prefer using Self-Checkout lanes and the touch screens at the convenience store sandwich counter rule.

I can see this type of thing working at McDonalds, Applebys, etc., but I doubt it would take over completely. There would probably be a "convenience section" (like a smoking section), where you choose to have touch screen service. Otherwise, you get a waiter (or at McDonalds, someone at the register).
