If I hear one more Beatles song, I'm gonna freak.

For some reason, the classic rock station I usually listen to has been playing non-stop Beatles since Harrison died, but I drew the line when I heard McCartney's "Freedom", a song having NOTHING to do with the Beatles or Harrison as part of their "George Harrison Tribute Weekend".

I'm venting a little bit. I'm not a big Beatles fan, and I don't see why we need an overload of them... maybe a "rock block" of one or two songs every hour, but not complete domination of the playlist.

I agree...it is like all those stupid Memorial Day countdowns only with Beatles songs. I mean dont get me wrong I love the Beatles, but play the stuff that is concurrent with Harrison and/or Beatle years. Although he did work on a few songs with Lennon after there breakup from the Beatles so maybe George played backup on that song...will look it up.
