I believed this story was legit and could happen until I saw one detail; that the twins were conceived during IVF.

IVF is an expensive, potentially painful process that is used if someone wants to get willingly pregnant. These twins weren't conceived accidentally and then given up Luke and Leia style.

So if someone is willing to through IVF to get pregnant, why would they immediately give up the kids for adoption?
