Yeah, today's opening song was by Modest Mouse. If you've never heard any of their stuff, "The Moon and Antarctica" is probably their best album. "Float On" is their most famous song, and is the track you've most likely heard. I highly recommend any of their stuff, they've been around for 10+ years, and are a very popular band locally here in the NW (they're from Seattle.)

Ever since I got my TIVO, I get nervous watching any game without recording it. My friends know better than to call during the game because I'm usually 15 minutes behind the live action at any given time, and won't answer. Not just to be able to pause and rewind as needed if I miss something, but I actually like having that lag built up to be able fast foward during commercials and half time. I build up a lot of lag getting drinks and I do a lot of cooking during games, or backing it up to explain things to the boys or my chick. I'm almost always caught up by the fourth quarter and watch live to the end, but it doesn't bother me to lag until then.
