most of us have political parties that we align ourselves with one of the two major parties and probably have candidates we're supporting on one level or another. my question is: of the presidential candidates from the other party, which would bother you least if they were elected?

for those of you belonging to other parties [libertarian, green, reform (either one), et al.] you can either pick from any of the candidates listed, or consider which of the two major parties your ideology is closest to and pick from the other group.

i am only including those candidates who i currently see as having a semi-realistic chance of winning their party's nomination, and to me this means no rudy.

candidates listed in order of delegates as listed on cnn.com (http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2008/) and hopefully a mod can edit the title when one wakes up.

Pity. He would be my choice from "the other party."

I am a registered member of the "unaffililated" party - at this point, I would say Ron Paul would bother me least, but just barely.
All the rest, = ehh.

Wouldn't it be cool if our ballots had smileys that you used to vote with?

I'd vote for FezPaul before i'd vote for Ron Paul.

I don't agree with Obama politically, but I like him personally.

"FezPaul4PrezN2008" has a nice ring to it... I could definitely get behind that ... and give it a big shove

I'm a solid Dem who used to be too liberal to vote for one. But my first choice for president this year is McCain and second is Billary.

That actually surprises me. I figured with McCain's "Reaganomics" you would shy away from him.

Domestic policies are your problem now. I only care about foreign policy. In that, and other, regard McCain is the most rational individual. He's the guy less likely to get me killed or tortured, or to pursue a clash of civilizations by promoting ignorance and holy war.

How scary is it that this is my top concearn? Fuck!
