I don't know about this speech. It didn't move me to stick up for him during his last year as President, but it didn't make me want to hope he'd say good bye tomorrow.

I did like the statement about the executive order to have government agencies not use money from earmarks not voted on by Congress, but too much of the speech was just radio noise to me.

Gotta disagree with you there, Moe.
Bush's SOTU's are a chance for them to bundle their big fat lies in a large package, rather than spread them out over time.
