RnF Extra Content on XM (Big City, etc)

In the year and a half I've been listening to RnF, becoming more and more hooked on the show, I've slowly rebuilt my life around listening to the show M-F noon-3, to the point where I was giving up lunch dates, blocking out my schedule so as not to have meetings during those three hours...

So anyway, a couple weeks ago I bought an INNO so I wasn't handcuffed to the fixed radio during those three hours and could reclaim my mid-day life.

Today, I was listening to some of what I thought was a Best Of from the weekend, and found myself listening to *brand new content* The Big City, (to those of you who, like me, hadn't heard it before) sort of a condensed version of the FreeFM NYC-centric show. Was that a one off, or something the boys have been doing on a regular basis?

So I thought about that, and the Unity Sit Down, and the Fez/Dave Post-Pizza-Face make up, and the Message-Board Bowl... and began to wonder...how much content have I missed that happen at times other than the normal M-F show? Much of it I hear about, and try to catch but not all of it. Anyone else in the same boat as me--obsessively afraid that I'm going to miss something not on the normal schedule?

Also, is there somewhere to know when stuff is going to play so I can schedule a recording? When Mikeyboy has time to post the weekend replay schedule on Friday afternoon, it is always appreciated, but when he doesn't, it makes me a little uneasy that some nugget of radio gold is going to slip by me.

Finally, I apologize for the rambling nature of my post.

I heard about the latest installment of "The City", but not in time. If you could record this as an MP3 file, I know a quite a few people who would be happy about that.

As to how regular "The City" will be, I don't know yet.

No apologizing ..Ill tell ya i listened every day until about 1 month ago when the man came down at work about streaming... And as much as i enjoy the listening thread it sucks when ya cant listen....

The City has run for two weeks in a row - Saturdays at midnight. Between those, and the "sit down" show and the "championship Sunday" I'm getting a little spoiled with more and more R&F.

I think its insanely cool that they're willing to do so much stuff extra, especially lately. The internet football game was so great. It's also nice to see the effort, and how much pride they have in what they present even if they might work a different angle.

i think during the first big city show, ron mentioned at the start that they thought it would be a weekly thing, or at least a fairly regular thing.

To my knowledge, the weekend stuff has only been going on for a few weeks - since the beginning of the year I think. Therefore, you don't need to worry about having missed a lot.

Unless, of course, I am wrong and have missed a ton of stuff myself...

EDIT: I mean aside from the well publicized shows. Things like Unmasked or other shows that were plugged on the weekday show.

Wow, I never knew there was a post-pizza face show. I don't think I've seen it on BMT or in the file library.

Oh, my bad. I got my weekends screwed up.

I haven't been able to locate anything from this past weekend, other than the sitdown.

Did they do one? I know they did the sitdown and recorded the Monday show on Sunday.
