Newbie with pics help

What is the easiest way to put a picture into a forum response (not in the sig line). I don't have a website or know where to get a picture hosting site.

you dont need to host pics. if you find a pic you want to insert from say google copy the web address and insert it using the insert image icon above the mesage box 6th icon from the left second line( the picture tha looks like mountains and sun )

You know, I've never done it, but you can also upload 10 megs of pics in the ronfez.net gallery.

At least according to this post by JustJon (http://www.ronfez.net/forums/showthread.php?t=60299&highlight=help+posting+pics).
